* Driving off road is not allowed with all our vehicles except Suzuki Ignis All Grip

* If you do not pick up the vehicle within 2 hours from the predetermined time, your reservation is automatically cancelled.

Required documents

Valid International or National licence, provided that it has been issued by at least one year ago in a European Union country. For countries outside the European Union, if the driver’s license is not a new type (card), the driver must also have an international driver’s license, which must be accompanied by the local one.

In addition to the driver’s license, the driver and any additional drivers must present a valid identification document such as a passport or ID.

Driver’s age

Minimum age limit is 23 years and maximum age limit is 75 years for all vehicle categories

Payment Options

Our company accepts payments by credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard as well as cash.
Not accepted: American express, Diners, prepaid and cards where the name of the holder is not mentioned.

Information about your reservation
Please read the rental terms & conditions in full, make sure you have all the necessary documents to pick up the vehicle (eg driver’s license, identification documents passport – ID)
The company may not approve the receipt of the vehicle if the customer does not meet the rental terms & conditions or if he does not have the necessary documents with him.
By making your reservation through our website, you confirm that you have read and accept our company’s terms & conditions.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by email. Please check that all the information you have filled in is correct

Fuel Policy

The renter has to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as deliveredto avoid any additional charge. 

Baby, Child & Booster Seats

They are provided at a charge of 3€ per day. Child seats are installed by the vehicle renter at his own risk.

Additional Drivers

Αdditional driver is available and there is no extra charge.

Insurance coverage

Third Party Insurance ( T.P.I )

All Vehicles are insured for personal injury and property damage to third parties (driver injury and rental vehicle damage not included)

They are not included in the rental prices:
Biological cleaning fees
In the event that the vehicle is returned with soiled seats or upholstery and biological cleaning is required for the company to return it to the original condition it was before, you will be charged a cleaning fee. The cleaning cost is 50€, including tax.

Fines, Traffic Violations
All traffic fines and violations, speeding, illegal parking, removal of plates, etc. are borne by the renter.

Additional charges for loss and damage to vehicle equipment

• Loss of keys, antenna, table lamp, lighter, you will bear the cost of replacement.
• Damage to additional equipment (e.g. Child seats), you will bear the cost of replacement.
• Damage to the interior of the vehicle (eg Upholstery, audio players, you will be responsible for the cost of repair.

Detailed Terms

1. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
Renter received vehicle, which he examined and found it to his complete satisfaction, in perfect condition
and suitable for the purpose he rents it.
Renter must return the vehicle and all the documents, tools and accessories
that accompany it to APOLLO RENTAL in the same condition he received them.
Renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level he received it and at the location and the date
designated in the rental agreement other wise and upon expiration of the rental period renter will be obliged to pay
to APOLLO RENTAL the normal rental charge plus expenses for any loss or damage.
APOLLO RENTAL reserves the right to gain repossession and use of vehicle at any time without notice without renter’s
consent, but at renter’s expense, from wherever and by any means, if at the discretion of APOLLO RENTAL there is danger
of damage or loss of vehicles as well as risk of not receiving the rental charge or any other due compensation APOLLO
RENTAL has the right besides the above mentioned case to gain repossession and use the vehicle if it has been used or is
being used in violation of this agreement or of the designated rental period.

2. THEFT, DAMAGE etc
Renter has the obligation to compensate APOLLO RENTAL in the event of theft, loss or damage to vehicle and to any person
(including his co-passengers) as well as to pay all losses and damages suffered by APOLLO RENTAL.
More specifically: (a) Renter is responsible for all the damages he has caused to the vehicle or others.
Incase he has violated the terms of use of the vehicle or in case he has been driving in illegal manner or in violation of the
Greek Driving Code independently of any optional extra insurance accepted
(b)renter is responsible for partial or total theft or loss of vehicle, unless APOLLO RENTAL releases renter from the
responsibility for total theft or loss of vehicle. Such release is valid provided that renter has already accepted at the beginning
of rental the daily charge and the conditions of “Theft Protections” (TPC) of vehicle and “Calision Damage Waiver” (CDW)
as this terms are definedin the official APOLLO RENTAL price-list(tariff). by initialing the “Accept” box on the rental
agreement provided that renter has taken all the precautions to avoid total theft or loss of the vehicle and has used it in
compliance with the terms of this agreement. It is expressly agreed that the theft or loss of parts, accessories and/or equipment
(partial theft) of vehicles not covered by the above mentioned acceptance of “Theft Protection” and “Collision Damage Waiver” (CDW)
(c) Renter is responsible for every damage or loss of vehicle due to collision or fire unless renter has accepted the term
“Collision Damage Waiver” by installing in the “Accept” box on the rental agreement and by paying the respective daily charge.
The above mentioned acceptance of “Collision Damage Waiver” (CDW) does not release renter if vehicle was not use in compliance with
the terms of this agreement and particularly in compliance with the terms of use (article 4).
Even if Renter has accepted “Collision Damage Waiver” there is minimum charge for the restoration of the damage, as designated in
the official APOLLO rental price list (tariff) or as stated in the rental agreement unless renter has accepted
Full Damage Waiver” (FDW) by initialing the “Accept’ box and by paying the respective daily charge.
lt is expressly agreed that the said acceptable of Collision Damage Waiver” dueto Collision or Fire (CDW) or of “Full Damage Waiver” (FDW)
does not caver damages caused: 1. To the lower part of vehicle 2. To the tyres and wheels of vehicle 3. During loading unloading or transport
of vehicle by ships or trains or other means of ranspart without APOLLO RENTALs’ prior written consent.
The above coverages apply only to the official named drivers declared on the rental agreement .

3. CHARGES
Renter shall pay APOLLO RENTAL in the begining or at termination of the rental period, unless otherwise agreed, the following sums:
(a) The daily fixed rental charge for the entire rental period
(b) The charges per kilomeler covered by the vehicle during the rental period, based on the unit price per kilomeler, as designated in
the official APOLLO RENTAL price – list (tariff). The number of the covered kilometers is computed according to the indications of the
kilometer counter at the beginning and at the end of the rental period, in case the kilometer counter does not function, the charge is
based on the number of kilometers between distances covered by the renter with the vehicle.
(c)All charges concerning refuelling vehicle, in case it is not returned with the same amount of fuel by renter,
The Theft Protection” (TPC), the “Collision Damage Waiver” (CDW) the “Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), the “Full Damage Waiver”
(FDW) and any other charge provided by the terms of the rental agreement or by the official price-list (tariff).
Renter agrees that in case at the end of the rental period he does not return vehicle to APOLLO RENTAL with the same amount of fuel,
then he will be additionally charged with the “Refueling Service Charge” as such fee is determined in the official APOLLO RENTAL
price-list (tariff) in additiontoany extra charges for coverages or waivers which were accepled by the renter concerning the current
rental agreement
(d) Any taxies, duties and other expenses related to the vehicle
(e) Any APOLLO RENTAL cost including attourney fees and default interest incurred in collecting any kind of payments due related
to this rental or related to the repossession of vehicle by APOLLO RENTAL
(f) Any fines, penalties, court costs and other expenses, imposed or to be imposed on APOLLO RENTAL due to the illegal use of vehicle by renter,
In this latter case renter or additional driver, mentioned on the rental agreement, shall continue to be responsible for any illegal acts.
(g) Any amount necessary for replacement, repair or restoring damages on the lower part of vehicle, for repairing any other damage and also
for compensating due to loss of vehicle, unless the respective waivers have been accepted and their terms have been applied (article 2).
(h) The additional charge for delivering or returning of vehicle and also the charge for its return to a location different from the one designated on
the rental agreement without APOLLO rental’s written consent, such charge being determined in the official APOLLO RENTAL pricelist (tariff)
(i) The additional “Airport Service Charge in case renter rented vehicle at a APOLLO RENTAL branch located in an airport renter agrees and accepts

4. TERMS OF USE
Renter is expected to take good care of vehicle, to preserve it in good condition, to check its mechanical condition, the oil and water level,
the tyres etc and in general to behave in prudent manner. Any repair of vehicle by renter himself or any other person is prohibited without
APOLLO rental prior consent. Vehicle must not exit Greece or Sifnos nor be located on ship, train or any other mean of transportation without APOLLO
RENTAL prior written consent.
Vehicle must not be used (a) To carry persons or property for hire (b) to propel or to tow any vehicle, trailer or other object (c) To participate
in or to follow rallies (d) For subleasing by renter to any third party (e) For purposes contrary to the Greek law f) While renter or the additional
driver, for whom renter has accepted the daily charge for additional drivers as such charge is designated in the official APOLLO RENTAL
price – list (tariff) (g) To transfer or carry heavy luggage, inflammable materials, staining or badly smelling goods, narcotics etc.
(i) To make illegal transports of locals or foreigners or to perform illegal acts.

5. EXTENTION OF RENTAL PERIOD
if renter wishes to prolong the rental period of vehicle, he has to notify APOLLO RENTAL in writing at least twenty four (24) hours before the end
of the rental period to receive the respective written approval.
If he fails to do so he will have both civil and penaliability for illegal use and possession of vehicle. In case of extension of rental renter
shall be bound by the terms and conditions both of the initial agreement and the rental extension agreement.
Whether concerning the vehicle or any replacement there is.

6. INDEMITY
Renter expressly agrees that APOLLO rental is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by renter or third parties,
during the rental period and no claim can be raised against APOLLO RENTAL for the above reason.

7. ACCIDENTS
In case of an accident or any other incident (fire, theft, etc) renter or the additional driver are obliged to immediately do the following
(a) Not acknowledge liability or guilt and claims of the third parties in any way, direct or indirect
(b) Note the names and the addresses of eye witnesses and also the name and the address of the driver and the data of the vehicle,
with witch vehicle may have collided.
(c) Notify the police to investigate the liability of the third party and provide care to any injures
(d) Contact APOLLO RENTAL immediately by phone or others means
(e) Obtain all relevant information from any third party
(f) Photograph the location of the accident and the vehicles participating in the accident if possible.
Renter must complete and sign an accident/theft report within twenty four (24) hours and send any relevant documents or information
to APOLLO RENTAL.
In case of theft or loss of vehicle renter must report the incident in writing at the nearest police department within twenty four (24) hours.

8. INSURANCIES
APOLLO RENTAL provides renter and any additional driver with insurance coverage by insurance companies of its choice for death or injuries of
of third parties, passengers or not of vehicle (the vehicle driver is excluded) to the total maximum amount of and for material damages of
_____€ and for third parties caused on objects inside or on vehicle to the total maximum amount of _____€ provided that they do not violate any
term of the rental agreement. (b) APOLLO RENTAL provides insurance coverage against third parties only to those persons who use vehicle with its
permission, by an insurance policy, the term of which are available for examination
(c) Renter additional authorized driver and all the passengers are not coverd by “Personal Accident Insurance” (PAI) as such term is determined
in the official APOLLO RENTAL price-list (tariff) unless renter accepts “Personal Accident Insurance” at the beginning of rental by initialing in
“Accept” box on the rental agreement, thus accepting the coverage provided by APOLLO RENTAL insurance policy for personal
accident as mentioned in the official price – list and paying the respective daily charge.
(d) Luggage is not covered by insurance and renter is responsible for any loss of damage of property belonging to him or not APOLLO RENTAL
holds no responsibility for any such loss damage etc at the time of rental or after the return of vehicle to APOLLO RENTAL.
(e) The “Liability Insurance Supplement (LIS) as defined in the official APOLLO RENTAL price – list, covers renter and the additional authorized
driver versus third parties incase of injury and for property damage up othe sums mentioned in the respective piece, on the front side of this
agreement or in the official APOLLO RENTAL price – list (tariff), provided that renter has initialed in the “Accept” box by paying the respective daily
charge.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

(a) Vehicle is always property of APOLLO RENTAL. The agreement is an agrrement of rental only. Renter is not APOLLO RENTAL’s agent in any way
and in any case. Renter acknowledge that he acquires no rights other than those stated in the rental agreement
(b) During the rental all additional drivers are jointly and severely liable with the renter
(c) Likewise, in case that the rental agreement is signed by any representative of the renter, he would be jointly and severely responsible with the
renter.
(d) The rental agreement supersedes any other period written or verbal agreement between APOLLO RENTAL and renter.
(e) APOLLO RENTAL can not waive any of this rights deriving from the law and this agreement.
(f) Any alternation of the terms of the rental agreement is not valid if not agreed in writing
(g) Renter agrees and accepts that all above mentioned terms are valid both in case of the initial agreement with APOLLO RENTAL and in any case
of extension of the time of the rental and / or replacement of the vehicle by another.
(h) In case there are differences between the copies and the original of the rental agreement, the agreement possessed by APOLLO RENTAL always
supersedes
(i) The contacting parties acknowledge and accept that all terms of this agreement are substantial and fundamental for the purposes here of.

10. JURISDICTION
The rental agreement is governed by Greek Legislation and any of all disputes which may arise between APOLLO RENTAL and renter will be settled
before the competent courts where the agreement was signed.
